Dr. Tu is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Computer Science at the University of Auckland. Before joining UoA, she worked for a few Universities in the UK as a Senior Lecturer and later Reader. Prior to these, she was an IRCSET Embark Initiative Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Computer Science at University College Cork. Dr. Tu got her PhD from the Department of Computer Science at the City University of Hong Kong.

Rosni Abdullah is a Professor in Parallel Computing at the School of Computer Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and is one of the national pioneers in this field. She obtained her PhD in April 1997 from Loughborough University, United Kingdom specializing in the area of Parallel Algorithms. Both her Bachelors and Masters degree in Computer Science were obtained from Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan, U.S.A.

Dr. Lim is a return talent of Malaysia Return Expert Programme (REP) specializing in machine learning & pattern recognition. He is the founder of SmartPeep, a health-tech company that monitors elderly people and patients automatically through AI cameras, in order to minimize preventable tragedies resulting from non-24/7 human monitoring and care. He has a passion in making a social impact with AI technology.
